Counselling is time for you. Time to talk through together, with a very experienced counsellor, what might be concerning or troubling you and what you might wish to be different.

The way I work is to meet for an initial session to see if we feel I can help and to decide whether you would like to continue.

I work in what is known as an integrative way. This means I work with a range of different approaches to suit your need.

As an accredited BACP counsellor (British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists) I abide by the BACP Code of Ethics and best practice.
